Reviews must come from genuine customers. We actively detect and remove fake positive or malicious negative reviews.
Zero Harassment Policy
Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind results in immediate permanent removal — no warnings.
Respect Privacy
Never share personal information about other members without their explicit consent, including contact details or photos.
No Spam or Misleading Content
Misleading business descriptions, spammy promotions, and irrelevant content will be removed without notice.
Professional Conduct
Treat community members, customers, and business owners with the same respect you'd expect to receive in person.
