For business owners, we collect business details including address, phone number, and photos.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalise your experience (including showing local businesses near you), send service notifications, respond to your enquiries, and ensure the security of the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Location Data
With your permission, we collect your device location to show you nearby Nepali businesses and provide localised results. You can withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings. Location data is stored securely and used only to improve your experience on the Platform.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Platform. You can control cookie preferences through our Cookie Policy settings. Essential cookies required for the Platform to function cannot be disabled.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Supabase for database storage and Vercel for hosting) who are contractually required to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Business listings may be retained in anonymised form for analytics.
7. Your Rights

8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, Row Level Security on our database, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
9. Children's Privacy
ByaparHub is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of ByaparHub after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
