2. Use of the Platform
ByaparHub is a business directory platform connecting Nepali businesses with the global Nepali community. You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Platform to post false information, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or businesses.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Business Listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. ByaparHub reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or contains false information. Verified listings require valid documentation.
5. Reviews and Content
Users may post reviews and comments on business listings. All content must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, spam, or content that violates our Community Guidelines will be removed. ByaparHub reserves the right to moderate all user-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ByaparHub — including the logo, design, and software — is the property of ByaparHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ByaparHub, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
ByaparHub provides the Platform 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or the actions of any business listed on our directory.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
